My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean, offering breathtaking views of W 6th and Lake Erie. The service was top-notch, with staff being cheery, attentive, and always available to assist. The location was ideal, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment without stepping outside. The dining experience was outstanding, with a great kids menu and delicious vegan options. Overall, a great value for money.
Staying at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland was a truly delightful experience. The rooms make you feel like you're in world-class cities such as London or Paris, but there was a bit of a wait for the delivery of our bags. The service was top-notch, and the location provided easy access to Tower City Mall and various nearby attractions. Dining options were excellent, although on the pricey side. The facilities offered were outstanding, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
